Dr. John Adams and Mrs. Adams attended the Watchman On The Wall Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Washington, DC. Prominent speakers at the Conference in Washington, DC were: Governor Phil Bryant of MS; Anne Graham Lotz; Evangelist James Robison; Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pastor Carter Conlon of The Times Square Church of New York City. Dr. Adams states "it was a marvelous conference".

EXAMPLE OF MARRIAGE/CHURCH MOTION

Motion and second that ______________ Church, its pastors, preachers, staff, and members adopt the Doctrinal Statement Article III D "Marriage-God created marriage" (Gen. 1:27-28; 2:23-24). Jesus Christ declared the Creator's intention for marriage to be the inseparable and exclusive union between a man and a woman (natural man and natural woman) (Matt. 19:4-6; Mark 10:6-9). Marriage testifies of the union between Christ and the church (Eph. 5:31-32; Rom.1:25-27).

We declare that our pastors, ministers (licensed and ordained) not marry gay or lesbian couples while being a member of _______________ Church of ______________, and that our building and grounds not be used in gay marriages.

Footnote - this is an example that our B.M.A. Churches can use to adopt in their church.

"Gay Marriage –Deviant Selfishness"

Homosexuals possess U.S. Constitutional rights identical to those that everyone else in America enjoys. They are free to be gay. Gays mistakenly believe that basic human rights and our U.S. societal-norms guarantee them the right to marry as in a traditional marriage of man and woman. "Alone Yet Not Alone" by Joni Eareckson Tada

The decision by the Academy to rescind the song nomination "Alone Yet Not Alone" by Joni Eareckson Tada is an affront to all Christians. This song is on the "not yet released" film "Alone Yet Not Alone" by Bruce Broughton. May we not watch this anti-God, anti-Christian event - Academy Awards (the Oscars) and go see the movie when it comes out this year. Click here to view the video/article.

Anti-Semitism

The word “Holocaust” seemingly jumps off the page as one reads about or discusses anti-semitism. This subject is described as a prejudice, a hatred, or a discrimination against Jewish people for reasons connected to their race or heritage. A person or a group

The American Civil Liberties Union (A.C.L.U.) and the Americans United for Separation of Church and State have underlying plans to go after two small words in the Pledge of Allegiance of the American flag. For some this may seem insignificant, but for Christian believers it is of immense importance.

No Compromise!

Compromise might be appropriate in Washington, D.C. politics, but not in Christian morality. Paul said in Philippians 4:12, “I am
instructed…” God never changes, so His word implies, “I’m not going to change when the road gets rough, and I’m not going to change when it is a smooth road. Good or bad, I’m in it until the end!” We MUST stand our ground in our twenty-first (21st) century. Christian morality is still as pertinent today as it was in Bible times. Christians and the Media Elite

Hebrews 3:7-13 enlightens the Christian on the “evil heart of unbelief.” The American news media typically depicts the Christian and Christianity as “having no rights in the political process.” The so called progressive news media, its announcers and analysts, appear to possibly have a “heart of unbelief.”

These analysts are compensated to write, talk and politicize American politics and as one writer states “it is ad nauseum.” “The media has been complaining once again about religious folks, for injecting religion into political races,” states Dr. Alan Sears of Alliance Defending Freedom. GLSEN

You may be thinking, what in the world is that? Using the tool “Google” on the internet describes GLSEN as an “organization for students, parents, and teachers to promote positive change in the schools.” The acronym GLSEN stands for “Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network.” It was founded as a local group in 1990 by a volunteer group of seventy gay and lesbian educators. Paul Harvey (1918-2009) transformed radio by inspiring a nation to listen to common sense. This man was unique not only in radio voice but in timely sayings. The brutal murder of his father shaped Paul Harvey’s life and career, howbeit, through many tears. He had a wonderful high school teacher who helped launch his career into radio. What IS Before America in the Congress and Courts?

It is with sadness that I report to you that the United States House of Representatives failed to pass THE PRENDA ACT (Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act). This House bill would
have prevented abortions based solely on the sex of the child. Selective abortions are, and should be, condemned by Christians.

Research indicates that sex selective abortions are, by nature, performed on late term pregnancy. Fetal sex gender cannot be determined until approximately 18-20 weeks of gestation. Therefore, healthy children are being aborted because of selfishness. Click here to read entire report.

The Need to Regain A Conscience

Americans, and especially Christian Americans, need to regain a Godly conscience. We need to cultivate again an awareness or perception of the events that are taking place in our great nation. It is time that “judgment begins at the House of God:” I Peter 4:17. God’s churches will lose her light and salt. Her light will get dimmer with the possibility of totally being extinguished.

There are strong adjectives used to describe the depravity of our culture. Some examples are appalling, shocking, seared consciousness and apathetic. Our American society is deemed as being unscrupulous, beyond reason and not governed by a Godly clear conscience. Click here to read entire article.
